Czym będziesz się zajmować?Purpose of positionSupport Infrastructure operations as 2nd/3rd line of support and cooperates within Corporate ICT Infrastructure Team with the setup of all IT Infrastructure systems and all operational activities to ensure high availability of entire Infrastructure ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesThis person is responsible in his operational tasks to provide 2nd/3rd line of Infrastructure support for all IT Infrastructure systems and plays active role in all infrastructure implementations. On a daily basis takes care for updates, ensuring high availability and performance of infrastructure environment and backups. We also expect an active role in optimizing infrastructure environment in order to improve the quality and make use of cloud services. We aim to move our entire on-premises environment completely to the cloud in coming years.CommunicationSupports, implements systems, documents from an IT perspective and uses the ticketing systems to provide feedback to the support organisation/end users.
