ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of Information & Digital Technology.
The role is responsible for the design and delivery of Digital Solutions e.g. Data Analytics, AI, Automation using common platforms across Finance, HR, Legal and External Affairs, IDT and GBS. As such is a key driving role for an integrated corporate functions digital strategy. Proactively influence senior stakeholders to shift toward higher adoption and use of digital technologies by identifying and delivering at pace high value business opportunities.
Geographic Scope: Global (Role can be based in our hub locations in Bucharest or Warsaw)
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR Develop long-term vision & strategy together with the other functional IDT Corporate Managers and provides thought leadership to build and execute digital solutions. Create a roadmap of initiatives for the Corporate areas that will accelerate financial benefits both from growth or efficiency opportunities Work to ensure the achievement of benefits from the execution of initiatives Engage with Senior Stakeholders to increase understanding and value perception of digital solutions. Manage multiple agile programmes within tight deadlines, and communicate to project leadership any challenges/issues in a clear and timely fashion Work with a cross functional team both within IDT as well as with other functional areas to be able to shape and deliver the solution. Specifically, with the Technology delivery teams.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Should have led delivery of digital technology such as implementation of AI, data analytics solutions and automation (RPA). Growth mindset and proven record of driving technology innovation Experience in working with cross functional virtual teams including external partners. Track record of working and influencing senior stakeholders towards a digital first mindset and demonstrating commercial value. Must have excellent analytical skills and business acumen to build strong business cases to drive core business decisions and change/innovation Strong Influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong oral and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to influence and secure cross-functional support Experience in driving projects applying and embedding Agile methodology Ability to simplifying complex situations, communicate and present complex information. Experience on AI based predictive financial forecasting, implementation of Revenue Growth Management (NRM), dynamic reporting is desirable.
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required Information Technology/Engineering or related degree/equivalent experience required
