You will spend most of the time delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education. A Day in LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. • Works with Digital Marketing Team to support the creation of marcomm., advertising, and sales promotion materials to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives. • Produces informational material for the projects and for communications to reach maximum number of customers and prospects. • Consults with Digital Marketing Team and follows the promotional material approval steps as per the project requirements.• May purchase promotional materials including, but not limited to, displays/signage/pre-packs, promotional printing, coupons, premiums, art, and photography. • May perform, coordinate, or oversee activities such as layout, display arrangement, internet promotions and email writing. • Approves all technical and artistic phases of the finished promotional material as the brand advocate.• Publishes final assets on Digital Asset Management System and tracks the expiry of all, to process the re-approval where necessary. Must Haves• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience• Extensive Content Creation and Publishing, WEB Page Management, Adobe Experience Manager, Eloqua & Workfront capabilities and knowledge• Experience with leading projects and teams across multidisciplinary skill sets• Self-starter, results driven, competent managing multiple priorities simultaneously• Experienced at both marketing & brand strategic planning and execution• Proficient in MS Office• Ability to develop creative solutions • Strong oral and written communication skills• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Excellent communication, writing, presentation skills in English Nice to Haves• Medical device or healthcare industry experience• Process improvement experience• Three to five years of related experience writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred Your Answer Is this the position you were waiting for?
