From this office will be responsible for managing different functions on behalf of the NTT Ltd countries in Europe, including Finance Operations, Contract Management and Order Management. NTT Ltd is delighted to be expanding into Romania and this means an exciting number of job opportunities are becoming available. We are now looking for talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey as we build our presence in Romania. Working at NTT Support all Towers and countries in transition period Perform due – diligence activities Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma). Diagram and evaluate existing processes. Organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams. Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collect data to identify root cause of problems. Measure performance against process requirements. May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Performs cost and benefit analyses. What will make you a good fit for the role? Previous experience in Shared Service/BPO environment will be advantageous Experience with large-scale organizational change Excellent command of verbal and written English Excellent communication skills Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization and a team player to work collaboratively with all levels Be able to rely extensively on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals as well as performing a variety of tasks Comfortable working with tight deadlines Attention to detail and highly diligent approach to work Pragmatic/lateral approach to finding solutions Highly organized Proactive with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under own initiative. Able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
