JIRA (advanced) You will be: cooperating with clients and the team during software development, building and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients, managing large programs or act as portfolio manager, identifying business goals and clients’ needs, planning and delivering digital products for clients in a timely manner (in line with their expectations and budget), maintaining high standards of ethics, integrity, and quality of management, identifying and managing risk, building managing project teams and drive continues improvements, ensuring effectiveness and transparency of work, taking care of effective communication between team members and clients,  working from the office or remotely (however, we’d love if you visit us at least once a month ).  Your profile: 7+ years of experience in the IT industry, 4+ years of experience in managing software development, university education (technical education is desirable), self-reliance, independence, and the ability to make decisions, experience in working in an international environment, practical knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks, practical knowledge of software development cycle and tools, fluency in spoken and written English and Polish. Nice to have: PSM, KMP, Prince2, PMP certifications. Work from European Union region is required.
