The team is responsible for the products used by our teams to curate, test, and maintain our medical knowledge base and inference engine - our differentiator and competitive moat. You’ll be collaborating with a cross-functional team of product designers, developers, QAs, data scientists, and more, as well as a wide range of internal stakeholders.Our technology stack includes Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Terraform. We are in the process of migrating the application to Docker-based deployments on Google Cloud.Requirements:5+ years of experience building great products for the web.Mastery of Python and at least one framework: Django, Flask or FastAPISoftware craftsmanship mindsetExperience in writing optimized, efficient, and modular code.Experience with enterprise architecture patternsExperience with distributed systemsAbility to communicate in English and Polish (both written and spoken). It would be even better if you haveKnowledge of  asynchronous Python, event-driven programming, Clean Architecture, and Design PatternsKnowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira.Demonstrated use of best practices (CI/CD, TDD, Code Reviews, Git).Experience with Docker and GCPExperience with GitOps and IaC methodologiesInterview steps:1. A short call with selected candidates. It would take about 1 hour.2. Next, two interviews are planned. Technical interview with Development team members and interview with Head of Development or Product Owner to better understand your experience, expectations, and motivation. This would be done remotely and could take about 2 hours in total.3. Once you have passed all these steps, we’d be happy to have you on board!
