In one sentence: You will develop intelligent automation solutions which will automate business processes by being part of a multicultural team of like minded professionals. Your daily job will include: Collaborate with various subject matter experts in defining the optimal solution for automating in scope processes Support the Business Analysts in reviewing risks in the analysis and estimate the solution complexity and required development effort. (Supporting the business case for solutions); Actively be involved during the process assessment, process analysis, user acceptance tests and post-production support Advise, configure, size and provision RPA infrastructure to meet functional and non-functional requirements; Engage in diverse projects which involves mixed technologies such as OCR, machine learning, ChatBots etc. Solution design and development, in a structured manner Document the developed solutions Ensure the source code and documentation management tools and concepts are applied correctly and consistent by the team Discover areas of improvement on code quality, code reusability, development methodologies, and other technical fields and drive them to implementation within the team Run assessments on new automation tools / technologies (RPA, OCR, cognitive) and evaluate their applicability in the business environment together with the management team. Have very good verbal and written technical communication skills in English and Romanian We count on your expertise and we prefer: Experience in full development lifecycle including design, develop, test and deployment of RPA (UiPath or other RPA tool) solutions including hands-on development experience. (VBA, .NET, JavaScript, Python, C/C++, SQL, LINQ, and HTML) – minimum 3 years Experience in set-up and maintenance of the RPA infrastructure (ex. UiPath Orchestrator/ AA Control Room management and maintenance) Development and implementation experience using Chatbot platforms - functional design, dialog flow design (including scenario design, flow mapping) product development, testing, model/intent training.
