You will be responsible for building and maintaining complex Salesforce integrations with Salesforce/Vendor Apps and other enterprise platforms/solutions for Master Data Management, Mobile Applications, etc. You will optimize tools for customer relationship management, sales, marketing, etc. Leverage strategies to achieve our mission: connect people and work. Think “Uber for jobs” marketplace.The role will focus on contributing to the innovation and evolution of the gig economy globally by designing and developing world-class applications, improving software capability and functionality, and innovating new ways to solve problems. Maintain and support Salesforce instance.Apply knowledge of development, configuration, customization, integration, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting.Apply knowledge of Salesforce applications (Force.com, Salesforce Platform, Saleforce.com, SFDC), Lightening, Visualforce, & Java.Build custom applications and Apex Controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, Workflows, Process Builder, and other programmatic solutions.Assist with integration of Salesforce apps/modules, internal and external systems, web services and APIs.Use knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and/or Informatica Cloud MDM.Create a unified customer experience across business segments, delivering personalized optimal user experiences.Unify marketing, sales, ecommerce, service, and IT with shared data on one integrated CRM platform.Analyze requirements, system capabilities, and specifications for UI, applications, and interactions with Salesforce.Innovate ways to meet business goals. Develop proof of concept, provide testing and documentation.Ensure that the design of new features aligns with the overall structure and organization goals.Conduct improvements and ensure compatibility. Assist with data migration and troubleshooting.Ensure that the Salesforce environment supports proper functionality and performance.Collaborate with Managers and Users across product development, marketing, and operations.Communicate with Project Managers and other Developers to design cohesive project strategies.Guide and mentor junior Developers/Admins and assist team members in an Agile environment.Qualifications4+ years of Salesforce development (Force.com, Salesforce Platform, Saleforce.com, SFDC).4+ years of Lightening, Visualforce, Apex Controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, etc.4+ years of Workflows and utilization of Process Builder development.3+ years APIs, Web Services, and customer-facing user interfaces (UI).Developed proof of concept with minimal requirements.
