Projektbeschreibung
Im Rahmen des Programms Smart Rail 4.0, erwachsen an die IT-Systeme für Planung, Disposition und Steuerung des Bahnbetriebs, zusätzliche und teils völlig neuartige Anforderungen. Dafür werden in grossem Umfang innovative Verfahren zur Produktionsreife geführt und bestehende Applikationen erneuert oder ersetzt.
Für die schweizweite automatisierte Kapazitätsplanung des Schienenverkehrs wird eine neue Softwarelösung entwickelt.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Konzeption, Design und Implementation von neu zu entwickelnden Softwarekomponenten
- Entwicklung von Frontend- und Backend-Komponenten in einem spannenden Projektumfeld
- Sie sind in allen Phasen des Produkt-LifeCycle tätig - von der Umsetzung bzw. dem Coding und Testing, der Beratung (wie z.B. technische Reviews und Technologie-Einsatz), über die Durchführung von technischen Machbarkeitsanalysen bis hin zu Aufwandschätzungen.
- Agile Prinzipien, integrierte Entwickler-Tools und Continuous Integration / Delivery prägen dabei Ihr Arbeitsumfeld.

Qualifications
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Softwareentwickler aus Leidenschaft mit Erfahrung in agiler Softwareentwicklung mit JAVA (Scrum/Kanban, DevOps, Continuous Integration und Continuous Delivery).
- Hoch ausgeprägte Fähigkeit der Problemanalyse und Lösungs-Strukturierung.
- Hohes Interesse daran alle Belange der Software-Entwicklung mitzuverantworten (von Anforderung über Umsetzung, Qualitätssicherung bis Betrieb, über alle Schichten der Software-Architektur hinweg) .
- Konzeptionelles und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln, sowie Selbständigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Team- und Qualitätsorientierung sind ein Muss.
- Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
- Kritikfähig, Belastbar und kann mit Druck gut umgehen
Das ist ein Plus:
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Cloud-basierten Applikationen
- Spring, Spring-Boot Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in Angular Frontendtechnologien.
- Bereitschaft neue Sprachen und Frameworks schnell zu erlernen.
