Molson Coors Beverage Company is looking for a highly motivated Senior Solution Designer, for Cloud & Microsoft O365 solutios, working in Bucharest, Romania and part of North American IT Solution Delivery team,to provide architecture consulting support on a portfolio of solution developments and enhancements. The Senior Solution Designer will also be responsible for developing IT strategies for development, deployment, delivery and support, ensuring consistency with enterprise initiatives and that the software solutions meet business needs.
Following software development practices & life cycle methodologies throughout product development, this role will participate in building product deliverables according to specifications and design.
Many of Molson Coors IT solutions are delivered through multiple 3rd party providers. These IT solutions support business transformation initiatives and often directly affect business processes. This role has responsibility for working with 3rd party providers to co-create Project Deliverables within time, budget, quality and scope.
The position is based in Bucharest, Romania, part of MC GBS Romania Development Center (RDC) and will report to a Technical Architect in Bucharest.
The Responsibilities[WHAT is to be delivered]:
Act as Senior Solution Designer on key projects, developing interfaces, providing architecture consulting support on a portfolio of solution enhancements that may be multi-skilled or platform specific Lead in the introduction and use of techniques, methodologies and tools to match business requirements, ensuring consistency across all user groups Maintain holistic understanding of systems and environments, serving as approval for functional and technical specifications which cross applications and/or solutions Contribute to the development of the enterprise architecture and the service and solution architecture through application of appropriate tools, including logical models of components and interfaces along with recognizing potential areas of improvement Provide advice on technical aspects of system development and integration, ensuring correct application of relevant Solution Integration strategies, policies, standards, and practices. Act as technical domain subject matter expert or Tech Lead on projects, programs or products. The Qualifications [HOW we expect the employees to work]:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree. 5 to 10 years’ experience with in designing and developing systems and solutions Good understanding of the Microsoft O365 product suite of tools, with an emphasis on the backend systems such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, etc. Experience building/developing Power Platform solutions using tools such as Power Automate & Power Apps. Experience building/developing solutions using tools such as MS SharePoint Online (C#.Net, CSOM etc.) Experience Using Azure Active Directory to secure and manage enterprise applications Experience with implement security in development process. Experience in Waterfall/Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies, frameworks and related tools (e.g. Jira) Strong analytical and decision-making skills and enterprise mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions or Azure Pipelines. Good command of English language. Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Automation, Electronics IT or a related discipline Microsoft certifications relevant for this job role, would be a plus. Experience in application development & configuration, testing and deploying Experience creating/managing Power Virtual Agents in Microsoft Teams a plus Experience in working with 3rd Party Service Providers (vendors) Travel up to 15% of the time.
