Molson Coors Beverage Company is looking for a highly motivated Senior Solution Designer for Manufacturing functional area, working in Bucharest, Romania andpart of the North American IT Solution Delivery team. The person will be focused on providing Brewery operations manufacturing solutions within an integrated three tier system landscape including SAP, GE Proficy and distributed control system environment.

 The position is based in Bucharest, Romania, part of Molson Coors GBS Romania Development Center (RDC) and will report to the Solution Manager, Supply Chain & Enabling in Bucharest, within the RDC.

The Responsibilities[WHAT is to be delivered]:

  • Partner with the stakeholders to analyze functional requirements with the intent to translate those into business relevant functional system designs.
  • Work with the System Integrators and Solution Architects to convert process or system requirements into system-based functional and technical specifications.
  • Partner with the internal and external team members to convert functional and technical specifications into a functioning business orientated system-based solution.
  • Collaborate with the various stakeholders in the solution delivery team to develop and execute a full life cycle of test plans.
  • Continually analyze ways to improve integration solutions to promote data reliability and quality.
  • Take Part in development of change management strategies and related documentation.
  • Design, configure and solution processes, aiding in testing and implementation
  • Identifies, proposes and initiates software process improvement activities within your area of expertise
  • Oversees build and test of services and solutions, acting as a key design authority during the design process and defining the technical criteria for product selection, system configuration, and development.
  • Leads implementation work under technical direction of IT and project management
  • The Qualifications [HOW we expect the employees to work]:

    Required:

  • Bachelor’s science degree in technical area
  • You have at least 8 years of experience in designing, configuring, testing, and deploying integrated manufacturing solutions utilizing SAP PP.
  • You have been part of at least one end-to-end implementation of an integrated SAP Production Planning (PP) and MES solution in an industry which would be considered process manufacturing.
  • You have knowledge of system integration methods or tools such as iDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, B2MML
  • Experience maintaining SAP master data is required.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to meet customer needs.
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the corporate enterprise.
  • You are serious about results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.

  • You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you
  • Knowledge of both waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Very good command of English
  • Flexible working hours, including second shift Romania, from 2 pm to 10 pm.
    Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s science degree in technical area (engineering or manufacturing)
  • Experience with SAP MII (Integration) a plus.
  • Experience with GE Proficy Plant Applications MES a plus.
  • Experience with systems integration to plant floor systems a plus.
  • Knowledge of Data Historians and related communication standard of OPC a plus.
  • Experience working within a Manufacturing/Production Environment a plus.
  • Experience with Agile tools (e.g. Jira/Atlassian suite)
  •  Experience in working with 3rd Party Service Providers (vendors)
  • Travel up to 15% of the time, including to Brewery locations (domestic & international)
