Then we’d like to hear from you.Day-To-Day: Lead consulting and implementation projects for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)Define client specific solution architectures for ALM, with focus on Application Architecture or Technical Architecture as requiredAnalyze requirements, design solutions, and successfully implement them with the help of cross-functional teamsEnsure quality through appropriate methods and software engineering processesDesign standardized solution components as part of the Services portfolioSupport the further development of methods and strategies of PTC Customer Success in ALMIdentification of potential new projects with customers and support acquisition of this new businessTechnical support of sales and marketing activities for strategic customers in EuropeYour Profile:Educational background in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Computer Science (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience)4+ years of experience in business processes or IT consulting e.g., as Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Software Developer or technical Project ManagementAble to work autonomously and focus on goalsCustomer experience or customer service-orientedExperience in conducting and managing workshopsExperience in designing, configuring and customizing CodebeamerKnowledge of IT architecture related to ALM (client-server, cloud, SaaS, ...), software development, interface and web technologies, and database systemsUnderstanding Digital ThreadSpecific ALM industry knowledge, e.g., from the automotive industry, automotive supplier industry, aerospace, medical technology, electronics & high-tech, mechanical and plant engineering, etc.Prior experience with Windchill RV&S, Codebeamer, IBM DOORS, systems engineering, model-based systems engineering is a plusASPICE certification is a plusBusiness fluent English is a must, German/French is a plusWillingness to travelLife at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
