Job Summary/Company:Sparks Group in collaboration with a government contractor is searching for a skilled Senior Subcontracts Administrator. The Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Director of Contracts in all aspects of subcontract negotiation and administration. They will demonstrate knowledge of CPSR requirements and prioritize assignments. Responsibilities:Work closely with procurement managers, subcontract managers and project managersResponsible for cradle to grave process; evaluate subcontractor proposals, develop negotiation strategy with Program Managers, and lead negotiations Prepare subcontract documents and amendments, specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement Provide advice and assistance to management in resolving subcontracting concernsPrepares bid packages, analyzes proposals and negotiate subcontract provisions. Recommend subcontractors, and administer resulting subcontractsEnsure subcontracting and consulting opportunities comply with applicable base contract, task order, FAR/DFAR requirements, and subcontract consent requirementsMonitor subcontractor performance and initiate corrective action plant; execute contract modifications in response to changing requirements; and perform close-out activitiesNegotiates modifications to subcontracts; provides proposal development and sourcing support Qualifications/Background Profile:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field required4+ years of subcontract management experience in a federal government contracting environmentWorking knowledge of CPSR requirementsProficient with Microsoft Office applications; Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong analytical skills to develop and interpret complex reports, and related documentationsDetail and Process oriented; ability to build and foster successful working relationshipsAbility to handled multiple ongoing projects and prioritize based on current need Qualified candidates should apply below AND call Sparks Group for additional details.
