You will work closely with hiring managers to identify the best talent for their teams. You will use your expert sourcing skills to identify and hire the best talent in the market, sustain talent pools for specialist positions and support the team with recruitment branding needs. With your proactive attitude and people skills you will act as the specialist in your field in the company.                                   Role ResponsibilitiesEnd to end management of candidates selection, from sourcing to offer negotiationContinuous improvement around the recruitment processes for all teams and across all locationsBeing a business partner and advisor to hiring managers, supporting them in fulfilling their team hiring needsLead interviewer and hiring manager training across the entire company to ensure an amazing candidate experience and hiring standardisationBuilding & nourishing talent pipelines for future hiring needs through active candidate sourcing, job boards, referrals, internal talent, events etc.Work closely with our marketing team to deliver outstanding employer brand including landing pages, 1-pager and presentational information and media ad campaignsLeveraging and managing recruiting tools and third party contracts and channelsProactively seeking and leading project work, which contributes to the efficiency and improvement of hiringCollaborate with the whole HR team to improve HR policies and processes and uphold a seamless candidate to employee experienceAbility to understand and capture data that continuously supports the improvement of how we recruit and hireMain requirementsWho we are looking for4+ years of experience in technical recruitment incl. candidate sourcing in a high growth, fast paced companyProactive and solution oriented mindsetAbility to support and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates and recruitment agenciesStrong identification to the FAIRTIQ Values  Customer focused, with an attitude of going above and beyond to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience A process driven attitude with demonstrable experience and a proven track recordExcellent communication skills in English and German, written and spokenGood understanding and exposure to general HRBenefits & PerksDynamic and international work environmentChance to be part of a fast growing, international startupHaving an impact and contribute to the development of the core productCompetitive salary packageBudget and support for self-improvementFlexible working hours100% Remote position
