We are currently searching for a SEO Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team and play a key role in the management of digital marketing campaigns. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to develop your personal and technical skills, as well as building on your existing knowledge and skills, and to progress to more senior levels. We are fully supporting employee development certification programs.How you will contribute Analyze and monitor market search performance (use cases, changing search behavior, specific trends among users, search engine policies, etc.); Analyze & evaluate BCR digital assets in search platforms (web and app); Set up hard and soft objectives and SEO & SEM KPIs and roadmap, strategy and tactics to optimize BCR assets in terms of conversions; Work closely with the internal teams (IT, creative, business analysis, tracking & app) to implement SEO plans, create campaigns, optimize budgets and identify opportunities, and integrate in overall digital marketing activities; Build reports with insights, actions, results; Report performance on weekly basis; What will help you be successful At least 4 years of experience in digital campaign management, working with digital, creative and media agencies or banking industry; Advanced SEO & SEM Certification, in-depth knowledge of the attribution model, conversion funnels and user acquisition reports; Advanced skills in MS Excel and digital data analytics experience; E-commerce campaigns optimization experience for conversion value increase and ROAS increase; Knowledge in web visitors’ interactions on websites (user flows), lead generation and A/B testing mechanisms; Project management experience in working with at least 4-5 stakeholders; Banking knowledge; English proficiency level; Organized, detail oriented, task oriented and easy to adapt in a dynamic environment; Ability to work independently, proactivity, good communication and presentations skills; Sounds like you'd be a good fit?
