Serial Life ManagerJob ID: 21647Location:Ghimbav, Brasov, ROOur Production department in Brasov is looking for a new colleague to support the team. As a team member you will: Be responsible for successful implementation /execution of all tasks / actions identified at Hand-Over from NPL (New Product Launch Manager); Coordinate the Change Management activities within location (new supplier, new component, new material, new variant, new/change of operation steps, replacement of equipment, capacity increase); Plan and conduct project-related Change Management meetings and risk assessments / impact of the product/process changes and align with relevant functions like Manufacturing Engineering if necessary; Evaluate regularly the installed capacity against customer call offs and contracted volumes; Organize regularly internal Run&Rate activities to prove existing performance (quantity – quality) and take necessary corrective measures; Evaluate customer requests (technology evaluation, volume change, etc.) and build the proper approach to ensure both customer and plant satisfaction (in terms of feasibility, time line, quality level, resources, cost, performance); Coordinate, together with Project Manager customer on-site visits (audits, introduction of changes, follow-up meeting, etc.). Qualifications Bachelor degree in a related field (engineering / sciences) or an appropriate comparable development; At least 3 years experience in the automotive or similar business; Knowledge of project management highly appreciated; Knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan; Experienced of leading teams (indirect leading function within the projects); Knowledge of SAP; Fluent English is mandatory.
