How will your days look like:
- This position is to support this service. Events related to the e-toll service must be monitored and controlled on a continuous basis.
- On the phone and via email, in English, Hungarian and Romanian you will be responsible for servicing the existing customer base related to e-toll.
NO SALES TO MAKE! Only customers with real problems will contact you and you will support them. - You will check the various alerts, identify the problems and take action based on the knowledge you have acquired in the pre-training.
- You will work with customer service related applications, all of which you will be trained to use.
- You will also have administrative duties, you will manage to ensure that all data is up to date and databases are properly maintained.
- From the first day you join, you'll get lots of help, we'll teach you how to use all the systems and applications.
It is you, whom we are looking for :
- You have a secondary education (we welcome applications from students and career starters, the shift schedules make it possible to work alongside higher education)
- You have an active conversational level of English, Hungarian and Romanian (written and spoken)
- Ability to work 7/24 shifts (12 hour shifts)
- Easy, friendly and good communication skills
- You can work independently
- You tolerate monotony well
- You consider yourself a team player. You will be part of a young, fun team who value team spirit.
- You have a high level of computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
As an advantage:
- You know other European languages (German, Ukrainian, Polish, etc.)
- Technical affinity, knowledge of technical systems, not afraid of technical issues
- Call-centre or any kind of telephone customer service experience
