What you’ll do:
You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients: diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues regarding their mobile devices, managing orders, handling queries regarding billing and helping people to get platform access. You’ll be working on the telephone and via email, completing tickets in your queue with time limits, so the ability to prioritize your own work is essential. You’ll be expected to meet or exceed established activity goals: approx. 20 calls and tickets per day and 50 emails per week, so you must be happy working in a fast-paced setting. The Service Desk is open between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday and you will work 8 hours during these times usually 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm.
Who you are:
You’re enthusiastic about providing phenomenal support for many types of clients and consider yourself to be a committed problem-solver. You will have previously worked on a Service Desk or in a Support Center, confident managing your time effectively to achieve clients’ SLA’s. You’re completely fluent in English and French.

Where you’ll work:
This is a remote role, you need to be based in Bucharest so that you’re ready to work on site at our office at the AFI Tech Park on Bulevardul Tudor Vladimiresc when it is safe to do so.
