The job of a Team Leader is focused on the coordination of the day-to-day activities of Field Service personnel for the Power Projects Operations team and support the servicing activity of the company equipment in the field and with the customer. To be considered for this opportunity, we should find the following skills & qualifications: Secondary education graduate with Baccalaureate diploma in technical field - mandatory requirement Technical University graduate - Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred Proven knowledge of the principles of electricity, mechanics 5+ years’ practical engineering experience, in a supervisory - people management role operating within a busy plant hire/industrial/engineering environment. Previous experience with internal combustion | power generation is a STRONG plus Qualified Electrician and holder of an ANRE Authorization (Medium and/or High Voltage) - STRONG PLUS Strong understanding of the ANRE requirements and how it pertains to the different applications of the installation of electric equipment - STRONG PLUS Language skills: Romanian (mandatory) with medium to advanced English language skills (mandatory) Full valid driving license – mandatory Desired profile Well-developed interpersonal and negotiating skills, including clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Has the ability to plan, organize and prioritize own workload, and to supervise work of others to ensure deadlines are met. Manifests flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities, and to lead change within team. Professional approach to task and people, discrete and confidential. Customer oriented – both internal and external. High level of commitment and loyalty, with high working standards and quality orientation. In an ever-changing business you will be nimble in seizing opportunities to pioneer effective ways to meet and exceed your responsibilities: People Management Coordinate activity of the Power Projects team ensuring team discipline, monitor and report time keeping (watch-keeping duties & on call rota’s) and absenteeism. Assesses the activity of the teams coordinated and supports the Service & Operations Manager during the annual performance assessment & salary review process Assesses together with the Service & Operations Manager the training needs of self and team member Support the Operation in the allocation of Field Service to meet contractual requirements, including: sales support site visits control and execute site installation reviews, pre-commissioning, commissioning and de-commissioning in line with Aggreko procedure control and execution of planned maintenance services on customer sites to comply with the intervals lay down in the service manual, bulletins and service topic represent Aggreko on customer sites and manage Aggreko operational technical staff and/or subcontractor staff to meet deadlines & SLA direct customer point of contact for technical assistance and breakdown remedy, attendance of breakdowns, processing of chargeable extras Ensure in conjunction with Ops team management that all plant tooling, lifting and measuring equipment is used within the field operation is maintained, calibrated and inspected according to the appropriate procedures. Inventory management and ordering process Maintains operational KPI’s records for internal and customer needs Reviewing of site /depot-based improvement plans Promotion and monitoring of health, safety and environmental activities, ISO standard requirements. Ensuring safety clothing and equipment is always used and that all safety procedures and practices are adhered to and that the highest standards of housekeeping are maintained on site and in-service vehicles. Lead and support regular team briefings and ensuring effective internal communications, such as Toolbox meetings.
