About the job Input in the road map of ServiceNow to improve end users and fulfillers experience to engage and utilize IT support.Development and maintenance of processes (primarily ITSM) in ServiceNow. Development and troubleshooting interfaces between ServiceNow and 3rd party platforms. In collaboration with ServiceNow resources, performing platform testing. Supporting internal Falck ServiceNow “Community of Practice” initiatives. Resolving tickets and fulfilling ServiceNow related requests within the platform. Working with the current project teams using Agile methodology. Participation in sprint planning, sprint demonstrations, and sprint review sessions. Conducting ServiceNow training for end-users and fulfillers    About you  At least two years experience as ServiceNow Developer. Experienced with HTML5, JavaScript and frameworks (front-end and back-end) Experienced with API integrations development. Practical knowledge of database architecture design and operations. Experienced in working in challenging and ambiguous environments. Good communication skills. Able to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with strong technical skills. Results oriented with good multi-tasking skill.Experienced with Agile/Scrum methodology, with participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production. University degree in Computer Science or another technical degree with IT experience; Team player Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively. Systematic and organized with motivation to learn and share.   About us Falck is a global market leader in emergency response and healthcare services.
