Site and Production Manager in Ploieşti

ResponsibilitiesPlanning and control of production processes, bottling / labeling, storage / handling of goods and coordination of the respective departments. Manages and ensures the stock of raw materials, packaging within the limits of performance criteria and sales forecast. Maintains and manages the relationship with suppliers of raw materials and packaging. Maintains the relationship with lead buyers and HUB Procurement in order to identify new sources /suppliers. Coordinates and supervises activities of overhaul and repair of equipment and installations, supply of materials, parts and protective equipment necessary to carry out the activity in optimal conditions of quality and security; Takes over obligations and responsibilities related to safety, health and environmental protection, waste management. Plans and monitors Facility Management activities, managing the relationship with subcontractors.ExperienceTechnical degree in a related field - Manufacturing engineering, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 or more years of manufacturing supervision or management. Proficiency in English (written & verbal); Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP System is an advantage
