Additional Information
- Together with senior marketing leaders, you develop paid marketing strategies (e.g. Paid Social, Google Ads, Display etc.) to ensure it reaches our target media KPI
- You will be responsible for creating marketing promotion & expansion calendar aligned with sales & financial objectives, in close collaboration with the operation team & country managers across Europe
- You take over operational responsibility for briefing the internal designers, placing the ads, manage and optimize them and monitoring on a routine basis
- You serve as a knowledgeable sparring partner for all our team members in regards to paid marketing and ensure that our team enhances overall knowledge about paid marketing channels
- You report on marketing performance and KPI’s (CPA, ROAS, CAC, CPO etc.) in a weekly basis
- You will be responsible for the Content and Email Marketing
- You keep yourself up-to-date with the latest changes in the world of performance marketing and act as a thought leader both internally and externally
- Romania branch projects supporting in terms of Sales, Marketing and CS
Qualifications
- You must have 3+ years of B2C performance marketing experience, ideally either in-house at a fast-growing B2C/DTC e-commerce start-up or agency (with e-commerce clients)
- You should have proven experience managing Facebook, Google Ads across display, paid search and shopping. Hands-on, recent experience with Facebook Ads Manager
- You have some prior experience working closely with Product teams to improve site conversion and overall marketing performance
- You are data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize, analyze and interpret data (including KPI reports) and transfer it into actionable steps. Hypothesis-driven work approach
- You are process-driven and result-oriented, combined with a hands-on mindset and can-do attitude
- You are comfortable in dealing with different topics simultaneously while keeping up quality of work
- You enjoy working on challenging projects, growing with them, as well as celebrating their success
- You must be based in Romania and should be fluent in English and local language
