What you’ll achieve As an IT Software Engineer, you will deliver products and improvements for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, you will craft and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics — all with the most sophisticated technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and partnerships. You will: Monitor production applications for stability, scalability and performance Respond to production application incidents, conduct analysis and determine path to resolution Develop solutions for improving software development processes to reduce/eliminate repeat production related incidents Automate solutions to reduce/eliminate manual repeat tasks Automate testing of software applications Conduct and supervise production launches and post-launch support, coordinating with geographically distributed teams ; Configuration/Coding within the system as a part of an agile team working from stories and defects Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
