We are looking for a talented iOS Software Engineer eager to deliver an outstanding mobile application. You will be responsible for proposing, evaluating and implementing software solutions that meet the need of the application. You will work with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend and frontend developers in order to create beautiful mobile user experiences that allow users to intuitively accomplish any task.Fitbit’s diverse line of innovative products of smartwatches, trackers and smart scale help people lead healthier, more active lives by empowering them with data, inspiration and guidance to reach their health and fitness goals. Our products deliver personalized experiences, insights and guidance through leading software and interactive tools to support our users’ health and wellness. Responsibilities Write mobile applications, create robust high-volume production applications, and develop prototypes quickly.Lead designs for major mobile components and features. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance mobile software solutions.Ensure a high level of quality implementing unit and integration tests as well as other mobile software architecture best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and products.Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.Software development experience coding with swift.Ability to speak and write in English fluently.Preferred qualifications:Experience in Mobile API design, performance optimization, client architecture or tools in the mobile space.Experience in technical leadership, leading project teams, and setting a technical direction.Ability to ship consumer facing, high quality, mobile products.Ability to take on complex and ambiguous problems.
