Software Engineer - IOTG Platform Orchestration Validation in Galaţi

Combine your software and computer architecture expertise to drive the performance of cutting edge IOT technologies - industrial, retail, automotive, health, Edge.AI and more.We're looking for someone passionate about testing and validating cloud infrastructure software for the edge used by the most demanding applications in industrial IOT and telecom. You will be part of the team involved in validation of specific solutions that provides a common foundation by which IOTG business units can meet their manageability and orchestration requirements. You will be responsible to understand technology use case requirements, develop and execute validation of cloud technologies like Kubernetes and orchestration with IOT-unique capabilities like time sensitive networks, edge inference, performance, distributed storage, security, and manageability.Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Working with tech leads, architects, and development teams across multiple geographies to understand the requirements.Test methodologies development, execution of validation plans, and defect management.Analyzing and adapting to the fast-changing landscape of new cloud related technologiesCover the day to day management of the lab space safety security site access capital and program support. Keep the compliances with the Intel Lab Governance policy which basically is presented to internal audit.Comply with all Intel standards, guidelines and regulatory requirements as required by local, federal and country jurisdictionsQualificationsBachelors or master's in computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.Good knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker technologies.Good software development skills in Python and Bash. It is highly desirable to also have Golang knowledge.Experience with industry-standard testing and test automation tools and frameworks.Sound knowledge in software development and software testing methodologies along with change and configuration management practices.Excellent communication skills in working with geographically distributed teams across various time zones.Lab Manager qualifications are required
