SOFTWARE QUALITY ENGINEER in Craiova

YOUR TASKS Prepare and maintain software quality assurance activities; Use existing methods and processes to increase confidence in quality level of product; Ensure that the organization processes are used in SW development projects; Perform reviews of processes and work products and releasing corresponding software as HELLA processes required; Monitor and report regularly quality status within the project to the management and development teams; Define and initiate corrective actions in case of deviations and follow them until closure; Escalate of deviations and risks which cannot be solved at project; Coach and support the project team and organization on software quality topics and HELLA processes; Offer support the project team for internal/external (customer) assessments or audits; Contribute to process definition and process improvement; YOUR QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Automatics, Robotics, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.Good knowledge of C programming;Basic knowledge of software development process and quality assurance activities will be an advantage;Knowledge with quality standards (ISO/IEC 15504, Automotive SPICE) is a plus;Your knowledge of process models (V-cycle) is an advantage;Proactive attitude, team work, problem solving and good communication skills;Proficiency in English language What we offer:Open feedback culture with plenty of room for innovative ideas and design options which will motivate you to take responsibility and organize yourself.Colleagues who are true to their job and experts in their field are at your side to support and advise.You will be integrated into your new tasks and will receive all the necessary product and individual training.
