In order to provide our clients continuously with an excellent service, we want to further strengthen our team in Zurich-Altstetten and are therefore looking for you!Sourcing Operations & Tactical Buying - Consultant - shift 4 pm - 1 am Your main responsibilities will include: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders Support market tenders and managing the evaluation across cross-functional teams to determine select suppliers Support analysis of proposals and producing recommendations Negotiate low value deals to achieve optimal commercial, specification, compliance and contractual outcomes Draft contracts based on standard terms and conditions Identify ways to improve related business-as-usual processes Support the SSC’s Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying capability Your profile: General understanding of Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying processes and best practice Problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation Ability to drive performance and continuous improvement, to work under pressure and with high flexibility High attention to details Previous experience in a similar function and proven track record Excellent English and German written and verbal communication skills.
