Our industry professionals, award winning processes, and globally unified systems ensure that we always live up to our promise, “You’d be surprised how far we’ll go for you.®”CUSTOMER RETENTION, TACTICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:• Follows the communication by email and the documents received / preliminary reports, distributing internally to the parties involved• Check each shipment number in the received documents to correspond with the internal invoice• Participates in the creation and maintenance of the Customer Procedure Manual and ensures that operational and customer service teams take responsibility for instructions.• Establishes the right expectations internally and externally with the customer regarding the most accurate pre-invoicing of the services offered by Expeditors• Check that the transport requests (F2F) correspond to the pre-invoicing and the requirements• Identifies shipments that do not match or do not have the correct values in the preliminary report (Volatiles); analyzes all shipments listed in these reports• Validates each shipment to match Expeditors billing• Identifies, marks and completes incorrect values in the draft report and sends to pre-billing team for approval• Identify, mark and add missing values in the draft report, add cost and send to pre-billing team for approval• Identify, mark and add missing shipments from the draft report and send to pre-billing team for approval• Follow the communication with the Origin Office of Expeditors and receive the necessary confirmations for possible adjustments in the pre-invoicing process• Follow up with the customer and receive the necessary confirmations for any adjustments in the pre-billing process• Implement new processes with customer’s regional / global managerCUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT, TACTICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:• Collaborate with various departments and branches to ensure accurate billing records• Maintain lines of communication with all key contacts – locally, regionally or internationally – as needed in the customer’s organization cart.KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCE AND BEHAVIORKnowledge:• Ability to define, develop and document business processes and procedures.• Excellent computer skills, including word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets.• Demonstrated customer service skills, project management skills, problem solving skills and proven interpersonal skills.Competence:• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven ability to listen, understand, communicate effectively clearly and concisely to achieve positive results.• Excellent skills in MS Office and CRM system• Strong presentation skills• Proven project management skills• Strong analytical skills• Ability to perform better and meet performance requirements – KPIs• Proven ability to solve problems• Charismatic person, with the ability to easily create relationships with other peopleBehavior :• Strong emotional capacity• The person to be open to feedback• Initiative and ability to work autonomously, with a minimum of supervision• Represents a model of integrity and pride for all employees and customersWhat’s in it for you?· We care about how you feel, so you’ll have access to extensive private medical insurance and Life Insurance;· Food first, right?
