Summary:

We are seeking a highly-motivated individual, a self-starter and team player, with a strong drive for results and continual improvement. This is an entry level position designed to develop and grow the right candidate. The role entails managing and providing support around the company’s estate of VOIP and mobile phones, computers and both web-based and locally-installed software. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with time constraints and users in multiple countries. A professional and positive image must be consistently displayed by the employee.


Possessing a flexible & can do attitude and a good analytical mind, you will be required to use your problem solving skills to assist customers find solutions to business problems. You will build successful business relationships with existing customers, trouble-shoot product issues and provide general advice to customers on how best to use the CRM/ERP application.

You will need to be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills. A general understanding of the following areas is essential: Accounting/Finance, Order Processing, Inventory Management and CRM.
Full NetSuite training will be provided however being able to draw on experience gained from supporting other similar CRM/ERP systems in a previous role would be advantageous.

You will be office based.

Duties

VOIP System
Manage the company’s VOIP system, including configuration of lines and handsets & VOIP applications.
Assist staff with the set up and use of VOIP handsets/applications.
Manage inventory of VOIP equipment over multiple locations.
Mobile Phones
Manage the company’s mobile phone contracts, including provisioning and deprovisioning handsets.
Assist staff with the set up and use of mobile phones.
Manage inventory of mobile handsets over multiple locations.
Manage company policies across the smart phone estate.
Computer Equipment
Specify and purchase computer equipment for staff according to company policy.
Set up computers ready for staff to use.
Assist with day-to-day computer use queries across Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.
Organise and manage repair of computer equipment when needed according to company policy.
Manage computer equipment inventory across multiple locations.
Manage company policies across the computer estate.
Software Applications
Administrate the company’s G Suite and LastPass accounts, including provisioning and deprovisioning users.
Assist users with login issues on G Suite and other web-based applications.
Assist users with G Suite application queries.
Purchase and manage software licenses.
Assist users with issues around software licensing.

 Provide first line telephone and email support.
 Investigate, analyze and record customer telephone or email support requests.
 Maintain the customer support database.
 Escalate support requests you cannot resolve to the appropriate internal consultant or Vendor.

Desired Competencies

Understanding/experience of administrating VOIP and cellular accounts & equipment
G Suite Administration experience (G Suite Administrator Certification preferred)
Familiarity with 2FA and SAML.
Knowledge and understanding of current computer platforms and operating systems, including Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.
Experience installing operating systems and software packages.
Experience in providing remote end-user support on day-to-day computer, operating system and application usage.

Required Skills:
 A good analytical mind and understanding of general business processes. Good communication skills.
 A basic understanding of Finance and CRM systems.
 Ability to prioritise and manage a workload.
 A confident but polite telephone manner.
 Experience working in a service desk environment would be useful.
 Bachelor's Degree in IT preferable.
