You will be responsible for driving strategic and Transformational Critical Programmes across all segments of Global Services. You will also responsible for Program Management of Quality assurance, driving Analytics and Business Support Services, working with cross-functional teams to drive the businesss objectives, and facilitate operational excellence for Global Services. Role Description Summary: You will have a responsibility to drive and facilitate the delivery and implementation of key Global Services initiatives, including Critical Programs, GS Objectives, Transformational Projects, Efficiency Improvements. With a focus on the deployment of outputs, outcomes and benefits, You will be managing and supporting each of the programs complete lifecycles, from their ideation, business requirements, re-source and financial planning, and then using standards-based Project Management tools to keep projects on track, identify risks, mitigate issues, manage and communicate change, and prioritize the project's components and resources with regular reporting to align on-time delivery with strategic intent and execution. You will be Responsible for managing Programme service delivery, ensuring consistency by adhering to cross-segment functional standardized management frameworks and practices, to provide a single source of truth including relevant and accurate reporting and common governance processes.
