Responsibilities: Conduct personnel recruitment for jobs in the defined area; Sourcing candidates and maintaining an active candidate pipeline; Arrange and conduct job interviews, advice managers regarding the selection of candidates; Performing recruiting actions on the field if necessary; Maintaining the candidate database; Collaborating with other departments within the company; Coordinate the final selection process steps via the system; Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degrees; Fluently in English (B2/C1 proficiency level); Fundamental experience with all levels of HR tasks; Understanding of recruiting principles and best practices; Pro-activeness and «hands-on» attitude; Optimistic and people-oriented approach; Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;.
