This role covers managing systems during their whole lifecycle to maximize their business value. You will be part of the Financial Solutions team. This team delivers solutions that supports Falck global financial processes. We are looking for a Senior Application Specialist whose main tasks and responsibilities are:Troubleshooting in relation to bugs and incidentsPrioritization of the systems activitiesVendor Management internal and external partners.Ensuring technical support after the releaseUser ManagementIncident managementChange managementRelease testingDefine and refine operational proceduresMonitoring stability of environmentsMaintenance and further development of operation processesReview of designs in terms of needs, operationality, future operations and maintenance We would think that you have a relevant IT background and that you know how to Manage Systems throughout their lifecycle. You are systematic and organized with motivation to learn and share – these are also team’s values. You will ensure and facilitate collaboration across different parties like stakeholders, vendors and other teams We also expect that you, independent and self-driven individual, will have a proactive and structured approach to your tasks. Your strong analytical skills backed up with good communication and fluent English will help you solve issues and manage relations with partners, vendors and stakeholders.  At Falck we work primarily agile, and it will be an advantage, if you have knowledge (maybe even experience with) about agile delivery methods.
