Job Description FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY Support E2E Global ISC Finance processes: AOP, STRAP, FORECAST, weekly SIOP/SRO for all 13 manufacturing plants. Support and supervise month end closing for all Garrett Operation plants, support ISC Transition Team for Financial Analysis, support ISC Leadership team for Strategy projects and multiple projects under ISC Finance responsibility. Responsibilities Closing/ AOP/ Forecast and Business Partnership 1. Support AOP preparation and reviews 2. Support preparation of ISC Finance AOP Deck (multiple updates in Q4 for 3 or 4 AOP versions) 3. Support day to day Conversion Costs Financials– assist Site Finance Leaders and support any requests – act as a link between central functions (mainly central ISC & central Finance) and ISC Plants 4. Support the preparation of targets for forecasts (5+7 & 8+4) and AOP - link with Operations, HR, AME for targets alignment 5. Prepare the monthly ISC deck reporting (results, deck, scorecard, metrics) 6. Provide ad hoc financial support to ISC leadership and Central FP&A 7. Liaise with Accounting and COE to ensure accuracy of Swissco ISC costs for actuals and forecasts 8. Prepare E&O posting and consolidate related SOX documentation Short Range Outlook 1. Weekly SRO calls ISC conversion cost - consolidate results for VP Ops and VP ISc Finance 2. Month end closing R&O ISC conversion cost 3. Month end closing reporting ISC conversion cost 4. Create templates and improve MOS on regular basis 5. Regular check on financial systems framework (new entities, new accounts) - link with FP&A Projects 1. Support GEM foundation for ISC finance 2. Support COPP & Fix cost resilience projects 3. Join from time to time ISC finance team in the plant to familiarize with the business 4. Work closely with operations teams to understand business implications of the role and activities assigned. REQUIRED BACKGROUND Master degree in Finance and / or engineering school and / or business school 5-10 years FP&A or ISC Finance relevant experience in multinational - use to work in remote environment & complex organization. Fluent in English Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion (HFM and Essbase), Microsoft Office (strong Excel & PowerPoint requirements) and data warehouse applications Strong analytical, problem solving & interpersonal skills Ability to work in fast paced environment, handling multiple priorities to effective closure.
