We believe that, in addition to hiring the best talent, a diversity of perspectives and ideas leads to the creation of better products.What you'll DoWork independently and own multiple features of the productTransform requirements into architectural and feature specsGet involved in designing, building and maintaining the systemAutomate all parts of the system, from deploying to self-healing mechanismsMaintain and improve existing monitoring and alerting systemIdentify and drive opportunities to improve automation (deployment, management and visibility of our services).Seek issues across the stack focusing on permanent fixes and automation instead of point-fixesParticipate in a follow-the-sun on-call scheduleBuild and maintain the required infrastructure to support the product in the cloud (AWS, Azure)Integrate AEM with system automation and various cloud platformsPerform research on various technologies useful for or required by the projectWhat you need to succeedFor this job we are searching for people with the skills and knowledge listed below. However, if you are an excellent engineer with deep understanding of the software development process and you are confident you can quickly pick up any of them, we would love to hear from you.Education in Engineering, Computer Science or other technical related fieldExperience with at least one programming languages (Java, Go, or Python).Experience with algorithms and data structuresInterest in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.Experience with Database, Distributed Systems, AWS/Azure Cloud Technologies, Docker/ Kubernetes.Proficient in English (both written and spoken
