Your day-to-dayIs involved, together with Market & Consumer Research Lead, in various research tracking studies within ING retail division (Brand Tracking, Customer satisfaction, Communication Assessment studies)Coordinates (under the supervision of the Market & Consumer Research Lead) various external adhoc projects required by the internal stakeholders in all phases: understands business need and objectives, prepares the brief for the agency, assesses the proposed approach, monitors the project implementation from the agency side and delivers the results to internal stakeholders. Designs various internal adhoc projects among ING clients database required by the internal stakeholders in all phases with the help of internal tool of data collection: discuses internal brief with the stakeholders, designs the sampling methodology, scripts the questionnaire in the internal tool, monitor the data collection process, prepares the report and delivers the results to internal stakeholders. Integrates research data with behavioural customer data: deliver integrated marketing analysis upon request based on both external data and internal information available in order to support business decisions;What you bring to the teamUniversity degree;Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing research (mainly quantitative with qualitative being a plus);Experience with various quantitative research projects – usage & attitudes, customer satisfaction, brand tracking, advertising pretesting or postesting, concept testing;Experience especially with online data collection, previous experience with online communities would be a plus. Experience with analyzing research data tables and crosstabs;Experience with Power Point report design;Strong analytical skills, project management, good presentation skills;Good communication skills (verbal & written) both in English and Romanian language;Curious about data and consumer, self-starter and well organized; pro-active; flexible and able to adapt to new situation/technologies..
