The People Analytics Specialist is responsible for leveraging data to provide insights and recommendations that drive HR strategies and business outcomes. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data related to employee performance, engagement, turnover, diversity, and other workforce metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and HR practices, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers, and experience in the SuccessFactors system. YOUR CHALLENGES: Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct advanced statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights related to workforce behavior and performance. Develop predictive models to anticipate future HR needs, such as attrition, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Analyze Compensation & Benefits trends and benchmark the company's compensation and benefits data against industry standards. Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights to HR leaders and business partners. Prepare standard reporting capabilities. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to understand their data needs and deliver customized solutions. Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable way. Project Management: Lead and support projects focused on improving HR processes and outcomes through data-driven strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in people analytics, incorporating them into the company's HR strategy. Compliance & Ethics: Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR) when handling employee data. Maintain a high standard of ethics and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive workforce information. YOUR COMPETENCIES: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within an HR context. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, ideally Compensation as well, and data management tools. Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that positively impact business outcomes. Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
