STORE MANAGER NYX Cosmetics - Iulius Mall
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of specialty retail make-up/fashion store management experience
- Graduate of Higher Education
- Make-up experience is a must and a pssion for beauty
- Demonstrated ability to independently solve moderate to complex problems
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Available to work flexible hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Assumes overall responsibility of the store
- Lead and motivate store team to achieve sales goals and provide optimal customer service
- Ensures staff is trained and knowledgeable in beauty, product, customer service, merchandising and operations
- Manage in-store operational and Human Resources responsibilities while complying with company policies and procedures
- Regularly communicates with Direct Manager to discuss strengths, opportunities and trends in business
- Serve as a liaison between Retail Store and Office teams
- Identifies opportunities to drive traffic into the store through community and/or industry events
- Develop and execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the store’s business strategy
- Prioritizes, plans and adjusts schedules as necessary to maximize sales
- Manages appropriate budget, inventory and stock levels
- Forecasts/reforecasts business, focusing on productivity to meet sales goals
- Creates customer loyalty and creates and maintains relationships with community
- Plans, coordinates, and executes all merchandising direction, campaigns and sales promotions in a timely manner
- Ensures pricing, signage and displays are correct at all times
