Job activities:
As a Manager we put the business in your hands! You will be responsible of the daily store activities as:
•Sales and customer care: use commercial information and product knowledge to drive sales and other activity in the store using the internal tools, provides highest level of care to customers
•HR & Team Management: recruits, interviews, develops and maintains a strong team, ensures that inductions and relevant training are carried out for all employees, recognize potential candidates for promotion
•Stock Management: ensures that orders and replenishments are done timely and effectively, ensures that the store is merchandised according to the best sellers and current trends, ensures that the stockroom is organized efficiently
•Planning and coordinating: prioritizes tasks to maximize efficiency of team, takes initiative to accomplish all set goals, leads and motivates team by setting the example

Job requirements:
University degree
Good level of English
Experience on a leading position in fashion retail or in retail
Passion for fashion, market, competitors and trend awareness
Strong team management experience
Desire for career growth within the company
