You will work closely with business and functional leaders across theorganization on a broad range of high-impact topics, which will give you thechance to play a leading role in shaping and delivering on our strategy and keybets. Some of the types of projects/ activities you will be working on include: Working together with the leadership team to develop strategic plansBuilding business cases for pivotal initiativesDriving implementation of cross-functional and transformation projectsAnalyzing internal and external data to derive business and marketinsights and answer sophisticated business questions/ provide strategic recommendationsIdentifying commercially standard methodologies and driving their adoption throughout the business unitsWorking closely with data and analytics teams to drive monetizationPlaying an active role in the budgeting process by acting as a sparring partner for P& L ownersProviding support in the preparation of key management presentations Your profile... 3-6 years of relevant professional experience - management consulting experience is a plusStrong business know-how and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable challenging the status quo and intellectually curiousPassionate about working in a dynamic, multi-cultural, and high growth environmentWell-structured with attention to detailStrong analytical capabilities and result-orientationGood storyteller, able to explain data and conclusionsMental flexibility to successfully work with diverse partners with different levels of seniorityAbility to deal with ambiguity and handle risk and uncertaintyGood knowledge of MS Excel – for autonomous data analysis and modellingFluent in English Why OLX Group?At OLX we improve people’s lives by bringing them together for win-winexchanges.
