Supplier Quality Europe | Webasto Romania SRL | Zimandu Nou-Arad | Fulltime Responsibilities: Drive the implementation of purchasing strategies in regards to Supplier development Economic and quality-driven initiation, conducting and follow-up of performance improvements on suppliers operative systems and processes Develop, follow-up, and drive Supplier Quality tools and processes as the escalation process, Supplier release, SAP, development Assure continuous improvement by active feedback, follow-up, or development of the specification, drawings, and standardization, eg. R&D, Testing, Purchasing, etc Lead commodity as a technical expert for technology, components, processes & systems where assigned Requirements: Degree in engineering or professional training + additional subject-specific training (technician) + additional qualification (training in quality management) Experience in applying Q-methods (APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC, 8D, DMAIC) Trained in VDA 6.3 with commodity specific know-how High English skill level (written & communication) Willingness to travel (abroad) up to 50-80% A Plus in benefits: With us, you can receive a package of numerous benefits—including flexible working hours, meal tickets, medical insurance for employees and their families, development programs, foreign language courses, Christmas and Easter bonuses.
