If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear. We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality Engineer(Supplier Quality Assurance) based in Campulung, Romania (E-Systems Division).This is an excellent opportunity to work in an international and fast growing environment, reporting directly to Quality site Responsible.Your Mission will be to ensure that all suppliers reliably supply goods or services that satisfy Lear needs at required quality level, on time, focusing on highest level of Quality.Job’s responsibilities:Improve IPPM data collection and reach IPPM targetAchieve customer/product PPMs  Maintain QMS (Quality Management System) according to IATF rulesInternal Quality AssuranceFollow-up of 8D reports for supplier issuesUpdating the database (Supplier Rating System) with data on Lear Corporation Romania suppliersManage approval for new / modified componentsParticipate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirementsAsk suppliers, verify, archive PPAP documentation and customer approval document for supplied productsRequired skills:A track record of success working in international automotive companies is ideal.
