Key responsibilities: • Engage & build relationships with key stakeholders, account, industry and Finance leaders • Improve financial performance through data mining, analysis & planning • Improve DXC Win Rate & margins via identification of potential supplier savings • Define & implement a purchasing strategy as well works on maximizing benefits of the existing commercial agreements • Implement Supply Chain savings initiatives on account/industry/sub-region level • Tracks and reports savings execution progress • Provides supplier feedback to category leadership, in order to refine future supplier strategies • Identifies and recommends suppliers as well & execute supplier rationalization strategies • Collaborates with SMC Global/Regional Categories to negotiate supplier pricing, reduce costs and achieve a “price to win” target (presales responsibilities) You'll be a great fit if you are familiar with the following aspects: Supply market insights Demonstrated clear understanding of EMEA industry trends, economic, financial and market dynamics, commercial models and demonstrates business foresight to contribute to global category strategy and / or enable delivery of effective sourcing activities Commercial contract management Protects DXC technology interests by developing commercial contracts based on thorough understanding of legal and ethical environments and manages contract related KPIs and ensure minimal value leakage Demand management & volume consumption Analyze data and generate insights to question and influence local business requirements to optimize demand linked to EMEA business strategy and budget Negotiation Ability to support centrally led complex and high value negotiations as well as lead local tactical negotiations by applying creative models, leveraging various cost programs, and using various behavioral techniques to achieve best commercial outcome for DXC technology Business partnering Demonstrates robust understanding of business, identifies & prioritize stakeholders, builds sustainable relationships to drive increased business performance and best value outcomes. Required experience: • Minimum years’ experience in Supply Chain • English level C.
