Responsibilities:• Analyze the COGS expenditure across the brands• Prepare monthly overview to Supply team on inventory, obsolete provision and supply KPIs in order to support the team to improve NWC• Monitoring Supply POs on a monthly basis and follow-up with the teams to avoid aging• Assist and support the Supply Chain Finance Controller with the month-end closing process and prepare closing reports• Analyze COGS allocation by customer, identify and address the issues, and propose improvements• Support the Supply Chain Finance Controller with the balance sheet reconciliations to avoid any risks to income statement• Perform COGS related controls on a regular basis• Monitor transfer prices and ensure they are in line with Plan, review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies• Analyze PPVs for all materials and identify the drivers• Identify Supply costs drivers and partner with budget owners to understand the variances vs. ACTUAL/PLAN/Latest Forecast/Prior Year• Increase productivity by developing reporting/forecasting tools• Develop further reports for Supply teams depending on their needs• Participate in Corporate planning and quarterly forecast exercises for Supply and COGS• Ensure data integrity and compliance with Corporate reporting requirements and policies• Collaborates with other departments by collecting and providing financial information• Participation in ad-hoc projects/requests Requirements• Degree in Finance/Accounting• 2-3 years previous experience in Finance• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Excel in particular. Power BI or Fusion would be a plus• Strong analytical skills with high attention to details• Strong oral and written communication skills• Fluency in English• Strong SAP knowledge Profile• Interpersonal skills with ability to work in an international team environment• Entrepreneurial attitude in managing activities/tasks• Outgoing and dynamic personality with a high level of energy and drive• Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced international environment• Ability to summarize large data and effectively communicate to stakeholders• Business acumen
