After all, they’re shaping the future of PepsiCo. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Supply Chain to join the Romania Talent Acquisition team.Main Purpose:You will be responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment process from entry level (front line workers) to specialist roles across Supply Chain businesses aligned with the local requirements while developing core sourcing processes to identify external talent when needed.What You Will Do:Execute the full life cycle recruitment process for each requisition opened in his area, including:Facilitate the Intake Meeting with Hiring Manager, resulting in service-level alignment; Ensure timely and effective communications between candidate(s) and the hiring team;Screens assess and evaluate internal and external candidates who have applied via online job postings and present the short list of candidates to the Hiring team; Work with the Total Rewards Team to develop a compelling offer for external hires;Present final offer to the candidate.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partners, and TA Operations, to foster partnerships that yield consistent, ongoing communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes to build TA function credibility;Maintain a high level of staffing industry awareness and talent advisory;Maintain excellent applicant tracking and hiring documentation;Prepare reports to quantify hiring stats against divisional goals, performance metrics, and organizational recruiting initiatives;Identifying opportunities to improve our Employer Branding Strategy;Identify improvement opportunities in recruitment processes and raise them. QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:Two years experienced professional in full-cycle recruitment within a Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing facility;Experience with large recruitment volumes and the ability to drive through front-line staff placements;Demonstrable success communicating, consulting, influencing, and building relationships at all levels in an organization;Customer-focused, adaptable, strong follow-up and organizational skills;A personable, high-energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative, dynamic organization;Strong English oral and written communication skills.
