It is a genuine opportunity to join a multinational civil contractor that cares for its people.About The OpportunityOn the back of Fulton Hogan’s successful award of the Sydney Road Assets Performance (SRAP) Contract for the River Zone, we look forward to delivering key road maintenance and capital projects across Greater Sydney which will in turn drive better outcomes for the customer and community. As the result, we are now sourcing an experienced Sustainability Advisor to join our Fulton Hogan SRAP team based in Rydalmere, NSW.Reporting to the SEQS Manager, you will play a critical role in facilitating sustainability processes, confidently engaging with internal and external stakeholders and delivering desired outcomes for the contract. In return, you will operate alongside a dynamic and collaborative team with plenty of opportunity to showcase your expertise, ‘out of the box’ thinking and further develop within the organisation. What you will be responsible forIn this role, you will:Facilitate ongoing reporting, knowledge sharing and continual improvement in regards to sustainability; ensure evidence of knowledge capture and sharing in accordance with the Sustainability Management Plan;Ensuring that the SMP are established, implemented and maintained in compliance with contract requirements and IS Operations Technical Manual (v1.2);Facilitate achievement of an ‘IS Operations rating’ from the Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia (ISCA) for the works covered in the SRAP contract including maintenance works on bridges, road network, improvement works on slopes and project works delivered under the contract;About YouEducation background in engineering, environmental science or other relevant discipline;Be an Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional (ISAP);Five years of industry experience, with a focus on roads (maintenance also beneficial) and IS ratings (operations ratings beneficial);Have a strong commitment to our Living Safely culture;Possess advanced written and verbal communication skills, and;Ability to build and maintain relationships.Fulton Hogan Philosophy We build and maintain critical infrastructure that connects and enhances communities across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
