Are you the team member we are looking for? Unit8 is looking for a System Administrator who loves working with and learning about advanced, mostly cloud-based, IT systems. As a part of our Ops team, you will bring state-of-the-art IT applications and support to all Unit8 employees, enabling us to achieve further innovation and excellence for our customers. You are a talented System Administrator who takes a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and wants to work in a modern IT stack along with a truly amazing team. You have strong organizational skills & an eye for details. You do not get fazed by a variety of sometimes complex requests coming your way. You love a good challenge and autonomy. You can work independently. You consider yourself a service-oriented person that lends a hand to your teammates whenever you can. You are a good English communicator that’s comfortable with writing documentation. This is highly essential to support your colleagues - we’re a team of 25+ nationalities! You are flexible and can travel internationally to visit our European office locations. You are eligible to register as a sole trader (self-employment) in Poland. What you'll do At Unit8, your tasks will range from performing supporting recurring operations, planning and implementing new IT integrations to developing information security for the entire organization. Your responsibilities will be divided 70:30 between the implementation of security & improving our IT stack (70%), and maintaining our day-to-day operations (helpdesk, user on- and off-boarding, infrastructure, monitoring, audit) (30%). You have some experience administering MDM solutions (e.g. Jamf, Intune, Workspace One) and are looking to learn more about it. You have experience administrating & maintaining directory services and SSO (Single Sign-on). Experience administering a cloud directory service (e.g. Okta, OneLogin, Azure AD is a plus). You are experienced and familiar with using provisioning protocols (SAML, SCIM, LDAP, etc). You have experience managing SaaS and cloud solutions like Google Workspace, Atlassian stack, Slack, Azure, AWS etc. Data privacy is paramount for a big data company like ours, so you support our IT team with access management and ongoing data privacy automations & configurations to secure the data in our cloud platforms and computer fleet. You have knowledge of configuring office networks and troubleshooting network problems (Knowledge of Cisco or Ubiquiti hardware/solutions will be a plus). You document solutions clearly and keep documentation up to date. We also develop self-service documentation so users can help themselves.
