Talent Acquisition Specialist in Bucuresti

•Develops pool of internal and external talents•Cooperates closely with the L&D Specialist/Training Lead as internal talents are promoted•Performs the recruitment social media communication•Monitors the job market and prepares analyses and summaries of the main job market movements•Reports on a regular basis about the recruitment process status and keeps in touch with the stakeholders•Support in customer education (junior stakeholder management)•Process and systems improvements•Employee experience focus and improvement•Over 1 -2 years of recruitment experience and other HR related activities•Advanced technical knowledge of MS office •Effective analytical and problem-solving skills•Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines•Ability to understand complex environments•Very good English language skills, additional European languages are very beneficial
