You will collaborate across teams, departments, and locations, have clear, achievable objectives, be trusted to achieve them in your own way, at your own pace, while being supported in your efforts and sharing responsibility for the outcomes, you will be appreciated for your loyalty, as well as your desire to adapt, improve and change what is not working.To sum it up: sourcing, sourcing, sourcing (and then some more), interviews and meetings, hard-work, responsibility and autonomy, party, having fun, creatively adapting to a dynamic environment, and most importantly, being part of a caring community.How you can help us:-You will handle in-house, end-to-end recruitment processes to meet various staffing goals (sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, offering, contract signing);-Write amazing job ads (yes, amazing) and open positions on different job boards (Bestjobs, LinkedIn, career site);-(Handle LinkedIn Recruiter like a pro) OR (advanced search, projects, filters, tags, talentpool);-Select and interview the best candidates (yes, the best) for Axway openings;-Have regular meetings with managers to make sure the selected profiles are the most incredible ones (yes, incredible);-Participate at different conferences, job fairs and meetups in order to promote Axway (be a storyteller, a public speaker and the one everybody wants to work with);You will need:-Analytical mind and attention to details, being able to scan the market for “Făt-Frumos cu stea în frunte” or “Ileana Cosânzeana”, changing sourcing strategy over and over, gathering vocabulary and information through iterative search;-Relationship building skills, helping candidates and managers feel at ease when communicating with you, communicating with empathy and respect, being able to set boundaries when needed (a University degree in Psychology/ Sociology or equivalent studies can come in handy);-English language skills to write witty e-mails and contribute to team meetings together with your international colleagues, French language skills would be a plus;Nice to have:-Innovative ideas of promoting our openings and searching for candidates;-Social media and design skills (engage, comment, be present, be on the web and post funky posters);-Negotiation skills and being aware of how budgets impact recruitment processes;-Being familiar with Romanian working legislation;-Being constantly preoccupied with staying on top of IT market trends;-Being familiar with basic IT vocabulary (programming languages, productivity tools, databases, frameworks, Agile methodology, etc.).Career Development and benefits:This is what our candidates can expect from us if they choose to join our team: Career development: Employee career development is one of Axway’s major company values; and we are deeply committed to helping them leverage the promotion and job mobility opportunities that are right for them.
