SUMMARY OF ROLE
This rolewill support Emerson's strategic Talent Management initiatives spanning TalentAcquisition, Leadership Development, Organization Planning, Diversity &Inclusion, Systems and Analytics. Theindividual selected for this role will have the opportunity to rotate throughvarious HR and Talent Management projects to learn Emerson's approach,philosophy and processes as they develop towards a broader role within HR forEmerson. This role is based in Cluj,Romania and reports into the Director of Talent Management.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Contributions Will Help Drive Our Organization ForwardGlobally
- Understand and drive our macro-talent data, metrics and analytics
- Lead data integrity project tasks to completion and update HCM data for identified talent pools
- Help maintain accurate data in our system One Emerson HCM
- Maintain and support Talent Management reports and analytics for critical talent pools and internal employee moves/promotions
- Drive the organization’s digital strategy forward and be prepared to present updates to key stakeholders
- Support the Director, Talent Management prepare for and execute Emerson's multiple Leadership Development Programs
- Day-in-the-Life of a Talent Management Analyst at Emerson
- Understand our organization’s current Talent Management data trends and provide status updates to Director, Talent Management weekly
- Ensure Talent Management data in HCM is updated and accurate (run audit reports, complete necessary testing, and perform system updates)
- Follow up with local HR teams on data integrity project and provide support as needed
- Interact with employees and leaders across all Emerson's businesses around the world
- Work in direct local teams as well as global virtual teams
- Prepare presentations and develop talent data reports to communicate strategic information to the organization

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or otherrelated field
• 1-3 years HR orrelated experience
• Experience in HRinformation systems
• Strong DataManagement skills
• Very detail oriented
• Strong verbal andwritten communication skills and professional presentation skills
• Ability to workeffectively with various levels of the organization and drive projects tocompletion
• Demonstratedproficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, strong knowledge in excel and powerpoint is required
