ROLE PURPOSE
The Talent Management & Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the Director, Talent Management & Development with day-to-day coordination of learning and development activities, engagement activities, and talent management activities for all employees at Signant Health.

Key Accountabilities/Decision Making & Influence
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Plan, organise, coordinate and track learning and development activities, including live learning (virtual or in-person), on-demand learning, and other learning content/resources.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal subject matter experts and trainers to ensure that learning content and resources are created, updated and delivered as planned.
- Own the maintenance of Signant Health’s learning platforms; this includes uploading new content, refreshing current content, maintaining course calendars, etc. and guiding internal subject matter experts to do the same for the content they own.
- Work closely with the Quality Management team to ensure that learning & development records are fully accurate and compliant with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Provide recommendations to subject matter experts to improve learning design and learning user experience.
- Provide recommendations for learning & development needs analysis, both function-specific and organization-wide.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback and metrics on learning & development activities and tools; identify improvement opportunities to maximize learning impact in line with Signant Health’s learning & development strategy.
- Support the coordination of talent management activities, such as succession planning, career paths, and partnering with other HR teams and COEs to enhance the end-to-end employee experience.
- Plan and implement the Signant Health Pulse Surveys, including planning survey communications, survey launch, insight analysis and insight sharing.
- Coordinate learning & development logistics and resources such as liaising with suppliers, arranging workshop materials and supplies, booking meeting rooms, etc.
DECISION MAKING AND INFLUENCE
- The role plays a critical role in planning, organizing and coordinating activities across a range of areas (learning and development, engagement, and talent management). The incumbent will have autonomy to complete most tasks autonomously with review only of results and outcomes.
- The incumbent will also provide recommendations to subject matter experts to improve learning design and learning user experience, provide recommendations for learning & development needs across the organization, and identify improvement opportunities to maximize learning impact.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Essential :
- At least 3 years of experience in a learning and development role, with a strong focus on planning, organizing, and coordinating learning and development activities.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; conscientious and thorough in own work product as well as ensuring compliance with standards.
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills; experience of working globally and collaboratively with stakeholders across functions, countries and cultures.
- Strong customer mindset; motivated to support internal customers and able to balance well between providing flexibility and maintaining requirements/standards.
- Good oral and written English communication skills; able to thoughtfully structure key messages, information, and presentations for clarity and impact.
- Good analytical skills; comfortable with analyzing simple data and information.
- Good logical thinking; able to quickly grasp concepts, spot trends, see the bigger picture and make the complex simple.
- Solid proficiency with MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
Desirable :
- Experience coordinating and tracking learning and development activities in organizations where regulatory compliance is essential (e.g. life sciences, financial services, healthcare, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Experience in using and administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
- Experience in improving learning design and learning user experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or relevant field.
